OUR POLICIES FOR SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

Our items are shipped from within the United States with all items being custom made.  From order to delivery is between 4-9 days depending on the complexity of the item.

We ship only within the 49 Contiguous United States (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

We have a very competitive scaled shipping rate. The shipping scale is based on the total amount you have in your shopping cart.  Any amount below &49.99 is just $5.75; any amount between $50.00 - $74.99 is $7.95 and any amount above $75.00 is FREE! Yep, that's right, completely free shipping for all orders above $75.00.  Please note that sales tax will be collected for the states of California, North Carolina and in some instances, Missouri.

RETURNS POLICY:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on your order, please send an email to pinkyprintsplus@gmail.com clearly stating what the problem is.

REASONS FOR RETURNS

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are not offered.
